Don’t miss this unique opportunity to go behind the scenes and meet our Artist in Residence Grace Barnes during two special open studio sessions.

𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙩 – 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙤 𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨

Grace will be working in Studio 2 during our standard operating hours Tuesday – Sunday, 9.30am – 4.30pm, but during these two special open sessions, visitors are invited to drop by, see Grace’s work in progress, ask questions about her creative process, and discover what it’s like to work with digital art technologies.

These open sessions provide the perfect chance to engage with a practicing artist and learn about contemporary digital art practices.

𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮

Funded by NSW Government Resources for Regions program and supported by Singleton Arts and Cultural Centre and Singleton Council, Grace has been provided with our state-of-the-art digital studio and facilities to begin developing a new body of artwork.

Studio 2 offers access to cutting-edge digital technology including VR headsets, projectors, 3D cameras, 3D scanners, tablets, AR headsets and cubes, plus professional audio equipment.

Grace will choose which digital media and technologies best suit her artistic vision as she explores and creates new works during her residency.
